GRC focuses on single-phase immersion rather than trying to cover every cooling method. Its ICEraQ range combines tanks, dielectric coolant, heat exchange, controls, and fluid handling in modular systems for data centers, supercomputing, and edge sites. That system boundary matters because an immersion buyer is changing server preparation, cabling, lifting, draining, filtration, and maintenance procedures, not merely replacing an air conditioner.

GRC has operated in this field since 2009 and publishes named references. The company also offers smaller integrated liquid-to-air units where facility water is unavailable. A buyer should verify that every server component, label, cable, seal, and warranty is compatible with the selected fluid.
